Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage the items in their original JNB packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
